I have come so that they may have life and have it to the full - John 10:10

'A very warm welcome to Mount Carmel Catholic School's website. At the heart of Mount Carmel is our very strong Catholic Ethos. We aim for every child to leave here as an ambassador of Christ. Working parallel to this is our drive for high standards. Through creating a supportive and nurturing school, children really have a passion for learning. We hope you feel this from looking around our website.'

Racial Justice Sunday Activity

RACIAL JUSTICE ACTIVITY

To mark Racial Justice Sunday at the start of February, we are calling all those who would like to exercise their artistic skills to design a prayer card based on Racial Justice and send them to Miss Hunt. We know there are some fantastic artists among you, but you can see some examples on the powerpoints to get some inspiration.

Email or send in your picture to Miss Hunt, and just confirm that we have your permission as your picture may be used on the Diocese of Westminster's Racial Justice, Equality and Diversity webpage. How exciting! Please remember to put only your first name and year group on your picture before sending. Images can be created using pupils’ art or ICT skills and both prayers and images can be created independently or with others.

Entries to be submitted to Miss Hunt on Monday 22nd February.
