Lectio Divina

Pupil Voice after praying a Lectio Divina:

- 'My favourite part was the moments of silence because we could speak to God in our hearts.' (Y4 Pupil)

-'It made me feel content because it made me feel connected to the Scripture and helped me know that Jesus chose me to follow him.' (Year 6 Pupil)

-'I really enjoyed praying the Lection Divina. It made me feel calm. Reading it a few times helped me imagine the Scripture and the scene going on and the trust, faith and authority of Jesus in the Scripture.' (Year 6 Pupil)

-'I like praying the Lectio Divina because I like praying to Jesus.' (Year 1 Pupil)

-'I felt calm and peaceful because the Lectio Divina is a calm process and I feel like I get closer to God and Jesus.' (Year 4 Pupil)
