Last weekend on 16^th of March, Bruno  2S)played for the Richmond Under Year 4 (Under 9 years old) A-team in the East Zonal tournament of the English Primary Schools Chess Association (EPSCA), against teams from Barnet, Cambridge, Essex, Herts, Kent, and Richmond B.

His team arrived first and will now play in the U9 EPSCA Final in Nottingham.

Bruno won 3 games out of 3, earning an individual gold medal on top of the county zonal medal won with his team.”
